Is our data isolated from other institutions?

Yes. MANEXA is multi-tenant with strict per-institution isolation: every record and query is scoped to your institution, and school-level scope applies within it.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per active student, per month, across four plans (Starter, Standard, Pro, Enterprise). You only pay for the students you actually have.

Can parents see other students' information?

No. Parents and students are strictly ownership-scoped — they see only their own child's or their own records, enforced on the server.

Does it support multiple schools?

Yes. An institution can run several schools or campuses with a school switcher, an organization hierarchy and school-level modules and permissions.

Does MANEXA track school buses live?

Transport is GPS-ready: vehicles, routes, stops, student assignment and parent-restricted tracking are built in, and live location appears once a GPS provider is connected.
