The service
MANEXA provides a multi-tenant school management platform to institutions under a subscription. The institution that creates an account is responsible for the users it invites and the data it enters.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are priced per active student per month as shown on the pricing page. Entitlements follow the plan; school-level module access can never exceed the institution's subscription.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate institutional purposes. Do not attempt to access data outside your institution or role, probe security controls, or disrupt the service.
Data
Your institution owns its data. MANEXA processes it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy and keeps it isolated from other institutions.
Availability & support
We aim for reliable availability and provide support according to your plan's support level. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
Termination
Either party may end the subscription per the agreement; data export is available on request during the wind-down period.

We may update these terms; the date below reflects the latest revision.
